NII is looking for IT Security and IT Audit Senior Consultants with industry experience (Government, Pharma, Consumer Products, Utilities, Infrastructure companies, Energy or Retail). IT Security Consultants work with clients as a business advisor. This involves working with senior client management teams from within business operations, information security and to:
- assess risks, using recognised sources of threat intelligence as well as business impact assessments
- assess management of information security, covering people, physical, process and technology aspects
- advise on and, where required, manage the transformation and improvement of information security in a client organization
- advise on and implement performance management and assurance frameworks for information security.
- Senior IT Auditor
NII currently requires a skilled Senior IT Auditor to undertake a Manager-grade position within the value adding Audit and Risk Management department.
With technology very much at the forefront of the business, this IT audit position offers a challenging opportunity to add significant value in advising and providing assurance to the business and technology functions on risks relating to Information Systems. Reporting directly to the recently joined Head of IT Audit, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full IT audit lifecycle covering a wide variety of technologies, processes and platforms including Windows, Unix and Oracle.
- Security Analyst
Hands on experience on web application & network pentest for a min of 1.5 to 2 years is a MUST. The job profile would include the following responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessment & penetration testing
- Conduct Technical Security Audits (OS, DB, Network devices etc.)
- Prepare detailed reports for the same
- Continuous upgrade of skills
- Research on new technologies
- Technical Skill Matrix:
- Well-versed with OWASP and OSSTMM like methodologies
- Understanding of WASC classification
- Hands-on with Backtrack Linux 4
- Programming Knowledge
- Understanding of Database like SQL-Server, MySQL, Oracle etc.
- Understanding of popular Web Application Technologies (PHP, ASP.net etc.)

- Security Pre-Sales Consultant
The Technical Consultant is responsible for technical pre-sales support for security products & services. He/She will work closely with the sales team in a pre-sales role to develop and position solutions involving products & services. Delivers presentations and participates in conference call discussions.
During the qualifying process, confirm that products & or services meet the prospect’s requirements and assist sales in the technical qualification process. Articulate and demonstrate solutions, and position products relative to competition. Actively deliver presentations at high level speaking engagements at seminars and trade shows. Write technical white papers. Perform other duties as assigned. This position may require travel throughout an assigned region, at sometimes short notices. Must possess one or more of the Industry or Technical Certification (i.e. CCNA, CISSP, CNE, MCSE, RHCE, SUN etc.) or equivalent.
- Business Development Manager

We currently have positions open for senior business development managers who have worked in the security industry, to position our products and services in the Indian and international markets.
- Intrusion Analyst
The candidate would be required to handle the following responsibilities:
- Security Monitoring
- Provide Information Security Operations Center (iSOC) support on a 24x7x365 basis by shift work with rotation
- Monitor multiple security alert sources, identify and triage significant security events, determine impact and threat severity,
escalate according to established procedures, and open trouble tickets using the OIS Case Management System.
- Review automated daily security reports of key security controls, escalate critical security events to the appropriate stakeholders and follow-up as required.
- Incident Response
- Conduct thorough investigative actions based on security events and remediate as dictated by standard operating procedures.
- Participate in all the phases of OIS incident response process, including detection, containment, eradication, and post-incident
reporting.
- Record detailed Incident Response activities in the OIS Case Management System.
