1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the website iisecurity.in or enrolling in any course or training program offered by the Institute of Information Security (“IIS”), operated by Network Intelligence
   Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Offered IIS provides cybersecurity training and professional certification programs, including but not limited to:

• Live online and classroom-based training
• Weekend and weekday batches
• Corporate training programs
• Career support services (resume reviews, mock interviews, placement assistance) Course content, schedules, fees, and delivery formats are subject to change at IIS’s discretion.

4. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• IIS reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual without stating a reason.
• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Fees & Payment

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be completed as per the schedule agreed at the time of enrollment.
• IIS accepts payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, and other available payment methods.
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. IIS does not store your card or banking details.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Student:

• Cancellation made 7 or more days before the course start date: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellation made 3–6 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation made less than 3 days before the course start date or after the course begins: No refund. Rescheduling:
• Students may request to reschedule to a future batch (subject to availability) at least 5 days before the course start date. One reschedule is permitted per enrollment. Cancellation by IIS:
• If IIS cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative batch at no additional charge.

7. Code of Conduct All students and participants are expected to:

• Behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission
• Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Not use knowledge or skills gained for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the course without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property All content provided by IIS, including course materials, videos, presentations, handouts, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Network Intelligence Private Limited.
   You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course material
• Share login credentials or course access with third parties
• Use IIS content for commercial purposes without prior written consent

9. Certifications

• Certificates of completion are issued upon successful fulfillment of course requirements.
• IIS certifications are proprietary. Third-party certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP) are governed by the respective certifying bodies.
• IIS does not guarantee that completion of any course will result in passing a third-party certification exam.

10. Placement Assistance

• IIS offers career support as a value-added service and does not guarantee job placement.
• Placement assistance is subject to eligibility criteria set by IIS and the availability of opportunities.
• IIS is not liable for hiring decisions made by prospective employers.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• IIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• IIS’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.
• IIS makes no warranties that training content will be free of errors or that outcomes (job placement, exam results) are guaranteed.

12. User Accounts & Website Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• IIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Third-Party Links Our website may contain links to third-party websites. IIS is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

14. Privacy Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://iisecurity.in/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

16. Amendments IIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes
    your acceptance of the revised Terms.
