PURPOSE To define the Standard Procedures and Guidelines that governs and promotes the efficient use of the Digital Learning Platform (DLP) and ensures compliance with the policies of Institute of Information Security, which is a registered trademark of Cyber Excellence Academy Private Limited (CAPL).
DEFINITIONS
The following definitions apply to terms as they are used in this document.
“Digital Learning Platform (DLP)”: a flexible, web-based program for teaching and learning used as a delivery mechanism for online & blended
“Website”: the website iisecuirty.in (Institute of Information Security) this includes iisecurity.in & their sub-domains online.iisecurity.in, labs.iisecurity.in and others which will be added in future.
“Course Content” This includes but not limited to all the course material made available to the participant and includes videos, instructor led sessions, presentations, documents, books, assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, lab sessions etc
“Users”: Any person provided with the login credentials to the Digital Learning Platform.
Applicability
These Standard Processes and Guidelines apply to all Users of the DLP.
Acceptable use and Other Terms
This is a binding Agreement between Digital Learning Platform (www.online.iisecurity.in ) and the user of the Digital Learning Platform. By using the Digital Learning Platform, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In case of disagreement with the terms and conditions of use, the User must not use the services and the content of the Digital Learning Platform.
Before visiting or using our Digital learning Platform and other services, read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Use of the Digital learning Platform. Every time you make use of the Digital learning Platform you agree that you accept fully and without any reservation the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein and undertake to comply with them.

Institute of Information Security may temporarily or permanently discontinue operation of the Digital Learning Platform for any reason and at any time.
Digital Learning Platform reserves the right to make any changes/modifications and updates on the Digital Learning Platform as well as website and its contents, layout and presentation, at any time and without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions of Use can be reviewed and updated at any moment and without previous warning. Therefore, Users must read this document carefully each time before they make use of the Digital Learning Platform and website.
The entire content of the Digital Learning Platform including text, graphics, photos, digital phonograms, programs, representations source code, news, articles, information, data, drawings, illustrations, trademarks, distinctive marks, names, logos, product names, company names, services provided etc and archives of every kind is subject to copyright which belongs exclusively to the Institute of Information Security or its content suppliers and is governed by the applicable National, and International provisions on Intellectual Property.
All goodwill generated from the use of any iisecurity.in Intellectual Property shall inure to iisecurity.in benefit. Iisecurity.in reserves the right to seek all remedies available for any violation of these terms and conditions.
Any other trademarks, badges, product names, company names, graphics and logos registered trademarks and intellectual property rights of third parties that appear on this Digital Learning Platform are the property of their respective owners and within their sphere of responsibility.

You agree to pay the fees for courses or group of courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. We use third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.
All the courses are non-refundable.
